At Restaurant City, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional-grade kitchen equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your needs, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Equipment
Carefully repack the item in its original crate or box, including all manuals, accessories, and the provided RMA documentation.
Ship It Back
Affix the shipping label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for heavy equipment.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm it is in new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
